Introduction

hi people... i'm volleyball player and i'm here to help you increase your vertical jumping and help with gym exercises (squats, deadlift etc...). you already know that squatting is basic of vertical jumping. i'm gonna help you increase your squat quickly. I started with 60kg, and in 3 months I increased it to 145 kg full squat (ass to the grass). feel free to ask anything.
