First thing you need to do is to get gym membership.. you can't do nothing without weight training!! you must build up your Quads, Hamstrings and calves, but also upperbody should be trained..
Ask me anything you want, I'll try to help you. I can give you usefull tips and advices.. I've increased my vert 4 inches in 2 months, and yes that's great, don't be fool to listen someone who tells that you can gain 5'' in month, that's impossible!!!
